Working Arrangements
BDA provides flexible
support depending on the needs of the client at any particular
time. Our working relationship often begins with a fixed-price
project and then evolves into on-going support tied to specific
activities or objectives. Every relationship is custom-built.
Fixed Cost Projects
BDA can complete some
activities on a fixed-cost basis. In such cases, BDA and the
client will discuss the specific needs of the client, agree the
required outcome and then agree the project terms. Examples of
projects that can be completed on a fixed costs basis are:
Service Agreements
Strategy implementation and
partnering activities are often spread out over time and it is
more difficult to predict the actual amount of time required for
completion of key objectives. These types of activities are
more appropriately provided under a service agreement which
defines the amount of time required by the client and the
specific role played by BDA. These agreements generally
reimburse BDA for time expended, which may be fixed. Examples
of activities which are more appropriately organized under an
on-going service agreement include:
-
Role of CEO or
Business Development Director
-
Development
and implementation of plans
-
Completing
alliance and partnering agreements
-
Due Diligence
