Cost Effective Support

   Utilization of BDA support is cost effective and should be viewed in terms of added value. 

   What is the cost of not having access to experience in business development or the industry?

• Our extensive experience allows us to avoid costly mistakes and to achieve results faster, reducing total resource requirements.

• BDA can fill positions on a part time basis. This may be appropriate for a key position at start-up, or where the business needs high-level support, but not on a full time basis.  This also allows smaller companies to capture greater experience with limited budgets.

• Knowing the right people and having industry contacts is extremely important; BDA has an extensive network in the industries in which we operate and this allows us to achieve better results faster.

• BDA had already dealt with most of the contractual issues that can arise in partnering and development agreements and we will often have immediate solutions; we have draft agreements that can save legal fees and we work with experienced attorneys who work at preferential rates. 

• Our fees are typically lower than those charged by major consulting companies and we accept projects only in industries where we have experience.
